no, this is not a mini mall dude, this is a STORE

there are small stores inside aka a MINI-mall

this is nothing more than a crappy store with a murder

a minimall is larger than this. waaay larger. it doesnt even look like a minimall=/

you built this out of a small shops lot, how could you consider this a mini mall?

Oh yeah, in the L.A. area, there ARE mini-marts like this.One building three or more stores with a cheesy sign that says "Swap Meet" in three languages.

This reminds me of some of the stores in the neighborhoods around me - older, run down buildings with newer stores on the first floor.

What is the point in this building? Since you based it on an R$ commercial service building there is nothing interesting (many of the R$ commercial service buildings look similar to me and we have plenty). I will give this lot 4/10.

A murder? Right. Bland base textures, 1 overlay (try combining them) and non-ploppable. I don't want 25 of these in my city! For the rest of your 1 lot a week lots, try to get some quality here.

I think your mini-Mall is just fantastic. I come from a small town and your mini-mall would be a giant there. I don't know what everyone elses problem is, but your doing just fine!
