    Whats wrong with the avenues? It seems some people who are replying to this thread are being unrealistic in their view of them. In some parts of the world avenues are commonly used in low density suburban areas. Although I would have to say, unless you are atttempting to create a metropolis packed with stage 8 buildings, then reduce the number of highways.

    What is the point in this building? Since you based it on an R$ commercial service building there is nothing interesting (many of the R$ commercial service buildings look similar to me and we have plenty). I will give this lot 4/10.

    I will give this 7/10. You need to change the lot capacity and place more props on the grass tiles.

    I will assign a rating of 10/10 to this lot. The idea for the lot is an excellent concept and is quite a realistic idea too. Whats wrong with the people who gave a rating under 8?

    I like version 2.0 much better. I would give it 8/10. I recommend that Caven31 should repost version 2.0 as a different lot to acheive a higher rating.

    My last comment is irrelevant. I downloaded the lot myself and viewed it in the editor. It's basically a path leading up to a house (an R$$ house on an R$ lot?) and the front of the house doesn't face the path. I assign the rating of 6/10 to this lot.

    Nice lot you have designed. However there are some problems. Why is there s $59 monthly cost? Also the lower right tile looks out of place.

    That is a nice looking lot you have designed. However I will refrain from rating it until you provide more information (Will it provide jobs, plopp cost, etc).
