In SimCity, when you enter a city, you get no welcome. However, this does not stop insolent sims from entering your cities. Aesthetic Designs was asked by NORSCORP's UCA (Ultimate Control Application) to create this sign, for reasons unexplained.
"Cities all across SimEarth have different tastes of their city image. Some want a good image and thus, make their city nice as possible and show great hospitality to visitors. However, some cities don't care about their image and don't want inferior sims for some other city across the bay to come into their city. But nothing stops them anyway.
Utilizing this sign, we guarantee those other sims will stay out, for you to lead on with your corrupted ways. This sign includes no "nice" amenities, sinister spikes, and the messages STAY OUT OR PERISH, and NO GOING BACK on either side."

Installation:
Just extract contents from the downloaded folder and put it someplace in you plugins folder. I recommend you have a seperate file for me to contain my files for organization.
