I am such a nice guy. I am offering you, the aspiring HK residential tower maker to help me recreate Hong Kong or any other major metropolis that have tiny dense residential towers. I offer you a 3ds model of one of my HK pencil towers!! Textures not included.
Use with 3DS Max 7, 8 or 9. This is not a mesh file, it is a max file.
*Notes* in this particular model the window frames sit extruded from the wall, this is not usually normal, typically window frames are inset into the wall. However there are instances with exterior mullions but it is rare.
This is for Bat4Max users only. If you want start using Bat4Max plz export some stuff on your own before tackling this.
