Sorry for the late response godzillaman and garzadeleon. There are no dependencies. The model file should be included in the file. Maybe it's a conflict with the version of SimCity you have?

Great building and great look , but i was yesterday in manhattan, i saw city hall, but it was very high, and on map it was marked as a city hall.

Nice. But can anyone suggest a nice City Hall like this great example above, that replaces the Maxis city hall (fully functions as a city hall). I know it's been done for the Stock Exchange but cannot seem to find options to replace my city hall which is really out of scale with my very large city now.
