Presenting Shpangler Arena! Whether your city is hosting the Simlympics, or you just need a good venue to house a pro sports team, Shpangler Arena is the perfect place for your sims to relax and have fun!
Here is my first hockey arena that actually worked when I rendered it. A lot of people on the request thread seem to have wanted more stadiums, particularly arenas as maxis has left them out of the game, so i tried to make something that would serve as a multi-purpose sports facility. The arena has many posters around it including all 6 canadian hockey team (everyone knows the Ottawa Senators are the best though..lol)
Just a warning to everyone, I could not upload any close-up shots, so if you like what you see from far away, you'll really like it in zoom 5!

Monthly Cost: $220
Bulldoze Cost: $400
Plop Cost: $22,000
Lot Size: 8x10 (the front is actually the back and vise-versa)
NO dependencies!
