It could be nicer...you definitely need some trees and scenery like that. But you did a lot better than I ever would so tis not bad. :)

I agree, you need more props. But its good though.

ditto as above. also the park needs a centerpiece. a statue or just one large fountain. it also needs a some landscape design, otherwise it just looks like a large park consisting of smaller plop down parks. parhaps some meandering paths?

You need to make the plaza in the centr go right up to the roadside instead of being stopped by a car park. And add some interesting props to it.
