As a continuation of the "Very Basic But Kinda Useful Lots" series that I seem to have thus far contributed, I submit a simple 1x1 grass lot for anyone who needs something like this, but really don't want to waste the time to make. It fits well in rural or lower-class areas of your city or in industrial spaces. I have also found it to be useful in preserving land for future development, smoothing out the "jaggies" on diagonal avenues next to empy land or just as a basic filler.
I created this, because it got to be expensive to plop the default Grass Lot over and over again. Something like this is so simple that no one has bothered to upload something like it to STEX, so I decided to upload it for anyone who can make a use for it. Enjoy
