About This File

This mod changes the maximum amount of demand the RCI shows. This mod is very small in size. Just put this in your plugins folder ( primarily the mydocuments folder). I do have several values you can use, but only one at a time. Note: I included 4000, 2000, and 1000 for maximum values also, but there is a minor visual error, but doesn't affect gameplay in any way. Here are the files I included in the file: Graph_1000

Graph_2000

Graph_4000

Graph_8000

Graph_10000

Graph_12000

Graph_14000

Graph_16000

Enjoy!

Thanks, but as I have in the readme the 4000, 2000, and 1000 mods have minor visual errors. The reason I made those were because some people might just build suburbs in this game. The bars go over the limit and don't know how to fix it, but I might later. I always thought that maxis didn't have the bars go high enough.

Would be great to see some bar graphs that show 100k as I occasionally place alot of commercial buildings at one time. 8/10

Actually, it does nothing -- no one download it just changes the numbers. Say you chose 12k. You originally had 3k demand on the 6k bar, but on the 12k bar it shows 6k demand. Has a bug, so please fix it.

I wonder if anyone understood that post...? well if anyone didn't I'll write it a different way [Demand] W/out mod = 5,947 ( CO$$$ ) W/12k mod = 11,894 ( CO$$$) So, you can see that it automatically doubles demand ( BUT -- it only does it on the bar, so you're city won't build any faster. )

The city wasn't mean't to build any faster. The primarily only thing why I did this mod is when my industrial demand goes up above six thousand demand. I can't see it so I made this mod. And Battlefield-2142 I am not a good modder at all. This is my first mod I made. And I'm sorry if it isn't the way you want it, but I want it that way too, but I don't know how to do this. If you guys want I can make bigger file over 16000. Just post and say which ones you want, ok. Thanks for your comments.

No no no, you got me wrong. I don't want my city to build faster at all! I was just addressing a bug where it shows more demand on the bar than you really have. I think I use some BSC demand counter, and the demand on the new bar is over double what the BSC one says ( And I know the BSC one works very well, as I have tested it multiple times. ) Its great that you figured out how to do this, now ya just gotta fix up the few bugs.

Figure otu how to fix it, this could be very useful. Didn't download and use yet if it supposedly just shows double the demand. Will give high rating and dl when fixed

It doesn't just show double the demand. Also, my taxes for my commercial is high because I don't want those in my city. I don't know how to fix it. I am not a good modder.

Very useful program for huge cities. Finally, when my R$ demand is too big, I can see where it stops... Thanks and 10/10

Unfortunately I will have to concur with Battlefield-2142 on this. In order to change the demand ranges it is not enough to change the numbers shown on the ticks in the graphs (which is what this mod does). You would also have to change no less than 54 developer exemplars (which have been changed in the CAM for the same purpose).

This looks like a very useful tool. The maxis bar has become so useless to me I never look at it any more.
