About This File

this is obvilously the same as the small stores, but this one has a new roof texture (which looks white) and different stores. I think this lot is a landmark, but Im not sure, and thats it.

These are the smallest 'big box' stores I've ever seen. K-Mart, Sears, H-E-B (grocery store in TX for those of you who don't know) . . . . . . In my opinion, definitely unrealistic. However, I don't have room for the 'big box' stores in my grid-style cities, so I'm using this. Nice job!

Nice, but the roof texture is a little bit intense, or should we say intense. Maybe reducing the intensity will make the BAT look good. Also the lights, they are kinda bright. Finally you won't find a Target in a small room. 8/10

It's a really nice model, but the textures needs to be improved. You say that you put a new white texture, but to me it doesn't even look like you applied one to the roof. I suggest using more realistic roof textures.

i agree with dragonanime, put a bit more work into your BATs it barely even looks like you have applied a roof texture, and by the way,you got lighting leaks on the roof.

With a bit better textures and maybe knowing more about the lot (LM?-Growable) these could be quite useful and pleasing. But btw, the Toyota sign.....hm....it doesn't really fit on there. A small and unknown company's sign would've been a lot better. Keep it up, you're getting there!

Nice idea. But the trucks or lorrys go in the house. Perhaps you could use a better texture on the roof.

Looks interesting and there is a need for some diverse and unique small commercial, but please give stats. Lot size, jobs, plop cost, etc. Need to know if it's growable or plopable.

Mm, better. It needs something inside, though, or the windows should be tinted. (ie: Opaqueness) ...is the radiator covered in plutonium? 8|
