This .zip comes with two models, its descriptors and lots (ploppable and Growable)
Note: Remember last month I uploaded the first version of the Golden Boot? As you can see, I have tweaked it a little, made some changes to the
lot etc.

To Install, unzip BlaM The Golden Boot to mydocuments/simcity4/plugins/BlaM (if you don't have a BLAM folder, create it.)
