This building was uploaded by hdorriker some time ago. I have his permission to upload it again.
I made new lots from this and put the stats to a more realistic number. The building sits on a 3x3 Lot and is CO$$. I have also made a "bonus lot", a 4x5 lot on which I practised my lotting skills ;-). This is my first attempt at serious lot making. Constructive feedback is much appreciated.
