About This File
This is a rough map of Quebec City and it's surroundings. You'll probably want to smooth it, due to the beforementioned rough nature. This is a large map(52 x 44 km), so you'll probably want a nice high-end computer if you want to use this map. The map ranges from about Donnacona in the west to the western portion of L'Ile-D'Orleans and Beaumont in the east.
Important note(!): This map requires SC4Terraformer to render the map. If you haven't got it yet, go here.
Installation instructions: First, copy the "Quebec City and Area" folder to your "My Documents/SimCity 4/Regions" folder. Then, open SC4Terraformer and select the "Quebec City and Area" region. Now, you'll want to go to the "My Documents/SimCity 4/Regions/Quebec City and Area" and import the "newqc.jpg" image with the "import.dat" factor. And at last, go to File->Save and wait for the region to import into an SC4-readable format. Please note the the region will appear with the SC4Terraformer colors until you open and save every city tile.
