Does this work for incinerators that people would download too?

Everyone keeps whining about the cost of the plant; $150,000. I have to say that I think the price is very fair considering the drastic changes of this plant. The price is set to offset the "cheat-like" effects. I say "cheat-like" only for the fact that it now makes WTE plants a lot more realistic. Before I wouldn't use these plants fro the sheer pollution.

So I downloaded and installed this. When I loaded my city, all the Waste to Energy plants are borked. When I check their status, I get a message

"BSC ANTIVIRUS

BOGUS ALERT

UNWORTHY LOT"

IT goes on to say that this lot has failed certification and will be deleted from my system.

I deleted the .dat myself but I'm still getting this message for my WTE plants. I've restarted the game and my computer but I'm not able to get back the Maxis setting and I still get this message.

Ok, so i found the post in the forums about this being a Joke by Simgoober. However, the link that leads to the explanation how to get rid of it doesn't work.

Anyone have a good link?
