A 3x3 plaza that you will find in your parks menu that has the same effect as the normal 3x3 plaza, but gives your Sims the chance to not only enjoy the great outdoors, but also to exercise their little grey cells in a game of chess.
Nothing special, just plop it and watch the Sims play (well, you might have to imagine that bit!).
