About This File
This is a small maintenance yard for commuter rail and passenger rail engines and rail coaches. The maintenance yard is irregular in shape, but due to the limitations of the LE, it has been surrounded by assorted small businesses. Thus the Job Capacity Satisfied has been set to 1599.
The Lot has been Transit Enabled to allow Passenger Rail only, but for visual effect, side streets will also connect to the Lot in various locations.
Special Note about Misc-TrainCarProps-V9.dat: This lot uses the LIRR engine and rail cars from this file. These props do show up, but due to the way Gizmo has the exemplar set up, the LIRR props only show up about 10 times per game-year for a brief 5 game-day span. If you are familiar with iLive's Dat Reader program, you can modify these properties in order for the LIRR props to show up more frequently.

Review: This lot functions as an intended. It is not a Station(freight or passenger). It is an Industrial Lot meant to show the maintenance of Commuter Rail assets. It will not ruin your city, but it does add a lot of jobs.
