Scranton PA is also known as "The Electric City". It was founded by the Scranton Family and was originally a simple settlement. However, after the discovery of coal, the city rapidly grew due to the sprawling coal mining industry. Today, Scranton has a population of roughly 76,000 people and is located in the middle of some of the most popular ski resorts in Pennsylvania.
This is my very first map. I spent alot of time trying to make it work. And although very good, it isn't yet perfected. You may have to use god mode to fix small problems with the rivers in the region, but otherwise the scale is either perfect or near perfect. I hope to update this when I have more time to really go into detail. Otherwise enjoy building my hometown.
*Please note that Lake Scranton is a reservoir. Due to SimCity 4's sea level it looks more like a canyon than it should. There is no solution to this problem.
