Modelled as closely as possible to the mansion used in the famous film Psycho, this 2x3 Landmark lot is likely to cause a few of your Sims sleepless nights as they listen to the screams eminating from the old Bates place. This lot is intended to be combined with the Bates Motel lot, but will be released separately to give you much greater flexibility over it's positioning and useage.
