When I finished Intraco II, I started to BAT second building at the West Wall district. This is the second realised building from the district, finished at 1988. Here is the centre of Mariott Hotel and offices (but in the SC4Plugin Manager there's no way to made mixed-content building 
). So for now it's the grow version with 1566 CS$$ jobs. Of course with nighteffects, but not real-size. Enjoy. Phoenix.
PS. And the "LOT" text logo is not for now a text for "LOT". It's the name of polish airways company, which have offices here to 2002....
