This local dumpster recieves and burns 3 tons/mo and serves 1500 people. Pollutes very little on the local level but gets rid of your garbage. $150 plop cost and costs $15 monthly. Alternative to landfill, recycling center and waste burner all in one, no electricity production though.
Place it anywhere and works for the whole city, works with or without rush hour.
