It's a good idea, but too powerful. Something needs to bridge the gap between Nuclear and Hydrogen, and this would be perfect. How about, say, 30000 mwh and 5000 simoleons/month?

Um... why would I need any external dependencies for this? I don't see anything that's not included in the standard Maxis props & textures. You should empty your plugins folder when you make a lot, because some lots overwrite default lots and get listed as false dependencies.

For example, if you have the NAM and put a standard streetlight on your lot, it could happen to you that the NAM gets listed as a dependency although the streetlight is standard Maxis stuff. That's why making lots while having stuff in your plugins folder can cause problems.

Try BATing it. I don't this in my city.

Not really sure what all the fuss is about. There are plenty of other lots that produce a ton of electricity, and they look better than this.

There is no such thing as lightning power plant. Lightning has million volts and nothing can process it to become usable electricity. But I give you thumb for your work.
