Nice one! Did you do this in Terrain Generator or by hand?

Goldfish - as with all my maps, they are drawn totally by hand - I only use terrain generator to tweak the levels if neccessary.

A tip for you Goldfish - if you create a map from an image, as you have done, save the image and use a low density airbrush tool to smooth out any high bumps - then use Terr gen to tweak the final image :-)

These maps of yours look great. I bet CD's terrain mod and a nice water mod would help increase the DL number. They have a significant effect on how a map looks before any building occurs, IMO. Keep it up.

del, you have goood ideas for maps, but they re too big i find! i got you lakelands, and i was so suprised !!

Gabz - many people prefer bigger maps. I have tried to make a range of maps to suit all people, and if you look at the statistics - this map is popular :-) But I will create a "small" map - just for you !!! lol
