I really hope that more and more people start to create more and more Simcity2000 and Simcity3000 buildings,especially the industrial buildings and Asian Style buildings!

For the growable, and if you have the demand for it, all it takes is a 5 wide by 4 deep lot zoned high density commercial. It will grow unless you have other 5x4 stage 8s to compete with.

This is wonderful!

Looks good. However the plop seems to be broken. It doesn't appear on my landmark menu. I thought I was just dumb but I have ran the installer and scanned the landmark menu. Maybe I have conflicting file or something. I just don't see the building.

Oops. Missed the reward requirement. That explains why it wasn't in the landmark menu. You should change the readme to include reward CO$$ since right now it says landmark.

spa: the ploppable is a reward available after the Maxis TV Studio. You need a city population of 75k and a regional one of 150k before it is available.
