Getting carried away now, here's the whole of Scotland for you. Again, I have put large cities across the Highlands with medium cities for the Central Belt. This map was rendered with the Snow-Capped/Arctic Terrain Mod by Teirusu (https://www.simtropolis.com/modding/index.cfm?mode=details&show=320) so the snow-capped mountains may not appear in your region unless you have this mod installed.
I'm away for a wee dram now.
