I've finally ventured into the land of industrial ploppables, and here's the pleasant result: a set of four lots that can be used to recreate realistic industrial parks. Nothing really dirty here, mostly manufacturing buildings.
These lots use custom prop groups (to maintain a healthy level of variety =)) and come with an all in one dat file. This dat (called "merged") replaces all previous dats from my lots and can overwrite the previous plugin of the same name.
Finally, these lots are functional and free to build.
