I personally hate the " Rean2 Presents... " thing so 'ill give it a rest
Big open grass and forest area, has over the lot texture for many things such as roads being on grass (like a safari) texture under rail, bridges, high ways, zones (so maybe it looks like a village?) Etc. Very useful.
Make sure you know were the place is that is empty before you place any thing on.
There are 2 lots. one park and one forest (like a safari)

All the files are needed....
As you can see these lots are NOT transit enabled, there are just textures over and Beyond the lot
