The Forest City and the proposed site for the Capital of Upper Canada until Toronto (York) took that spot.
This took a lot of tweaking to get right (such as Dundas being aligned to grid), but the area of Dalaware is under water (other wise Fanshawe Lake would not look like a dammed up lake), but easily teraformed for those looking for using the map for relaistic purposes. Of course the scale is twice that of normal, simply because at actual scale all the streets will not be able to fit.
