Here by some sort of popular demand are some low wealth ploppable houses. While the general population calls these slums your hard-working, labouring sims just call them home.
These come in 4 "flavours" and hold a handful of sims each, and they do use custom prop groups.

Unzip into the plugins file as usual HOWEVER, I have finally merged all my dat plugins into one massive plugin (called merged.dat). This one plugin can replace all plugins for my ploppable lots. I would suggest keeping the other plugins on hand, however, just in case there are any bugs to work out of this one. (Just remove old plugins from "Plugins"; ie put them on your desktop or something.)
