I've seen many Golf Course tiles in here and they are all great. But to make a regular 18 hole course it looks way too huge. So I made what I feel is a more realistic 18 hole golf course ... Deer Haven.
It doesn't have jobs but it is a business deal offering 150 simoleons of income a month. It is 18x18 and can be found in the HEALTH MENU.
It has a small positive park effect and pollution effect.
