Thanx, in all seriousness, to the the real heros here... the guys that created the mods i used to render this region. I hand painted this regions greyscale jpg to allow it's player ample beach and land space. i also incorperated some plateaus for placement of city halls, courthouse, etc. Sorry i didn't have time to merge together a couple pics so you could see the entire region.
