When I'm playing I get very annoyed once I get those really big dense residential areas because the capacities of the schools aren't that good, either they just can teach 500 or a big 3000 but in a much much larger area.
That's why I decided to play with the Lot Editor and make this Medium Elementary School, it has the same radius, u know, for the high rise section of your city and it is just 3x3 so it doesn't take that much space.
