In 1950, a entrepreneur by the name of Harmon Dobson opened a small, unassuming hamburger stand in South Texas. From the beginning, people knew that a Whataburger was no ordinary burger. As the unmistakable orange-and-white-striped A-frame structures began to populate the landscape, the Whataburger soon reached icon status across the southern U.S. Patrons quickly recognized the difference in the quality of the burger, in the ingredients and in the people who prepared it. It was this difference that led to the rapid expansion of Whataburger, even from its earliest days.

 

Despite this tremendous growth, the company has always been keenly aware that they owe their success to the many loyal Whataburger customers around the country. That

whatabat. hehe. nice one again. if im ever down that way i will have to get me a burger. djgspinnhitz:bk and subway are already on the stex, with many other great fast food lots.

Very nice job. I saw a bunch of them when I was on vacation in the Southwest. Didn't actually eat at any. Looks just like the ones I saw.

Thanks for all the comments. I think I am going to alternate between fast food and name brand restaurants for future releases. I will be releasing a Chili's very soon.

When I lived in Cedar Park, one of our favorite passtimes was heading out to whataburger... i believe there was one in Georgetown we used to frequent. Nice addition to my cities! Thanks!

Very good lot, they just opened a Whataburger near by in the small city of Zephyrhills, Fl, wouldn't it be smarter to open one in Tampa, whatever, the food and BAT is good.
