A medium-sized skyscraper. Adds a bit of late modernism to any cityskyline. One of the earlier buildings I made with the GMAX BuildingArchitect Tool. Lot is built off of the Blank CO$$$ lot that offers 170CO jobs. The lot appears in the Landmarks menu, and is ploppable.
