Upgradeable Seaports 1.0

Finally a little equality between sea and air. Quite nice.

When I get a dialog for upgrade one and select yes my budget costs go out the roof (billions) and the city goes bankrupt next cycle. I am and have been runninng the PEG seaport. Would be nice to find the conflict and resolve since I have a ton of PEG stuff. Don't think I have tripod but I'll double check again.

The problem appears to be my existing PEG-CDK seaports are trying to upgrade (don't think that was intended). I believe I'm using swampers version of these. I love these ports and would hate to lose them. I hope the conflict could be resolved. I will try to just select "no" when the upgrade pop-up show up next. Problem is the upgrade pop up does not say what port wants to be upgraded.

At any rate this is a wonderful mod that seaport lovers like me should be overjoyed with! I think I can rate this now. It would have been a 10 if not for the conflict.
