My second lot is finally here. After extensive reading i went to work with the ilive Reader, i modded this lot to be realistic in capacity for a low wealth shelter. This type of shelter would have patients crammed into large rooms on almost touching beds. The lot has a custom description (RaphaelNinja's tutorial) and a custom name ( trail and error.) The clinic has a large coverage area (about the same as the large hospital.) The clinic offers around 1300 patients (after the one in my hometown) and is cheap as a normal clinic (normal welfare centers get even less funding.) I made this lot as accurate as possible to the one in my hometown in the stats. I am elated with my modding abilities and have found my purpose on the site, no BAT, just modded lots. :-)

PS: I hate overlapping props because it looks bad, no props will overlap on this lot.
