ok ive decided to try and attempt to make a BAT , lol
Anyway here it is my atom statue the ball is the middle is held up by magnets so no complaining on its impossible to be there
plop cost is around 4000 i think and bulldoze is about 2000
it should have a large park effect and anti pollution properties im not very good with the reader so im not sure 
please PM me if anything doesnt work i havent used the simtropolis exchange since 2003 so its all new to me now
