I was playing SC4 with the sc4launcher and suddenly the game dissapeared. i could not start the game anymore, my sc.4exe was gona from the Apps map, i don''t know how this is possible, i am using the sc4 launcher to play it with 1920x1080 resolution and everything worked well. I installed SC4 again but on another hard drive, copied the sc4.exe from there to my standard harddrive where the game is installed since day one. The game starts and it loads the city but it shut downs after that Can i backup, my plugins folder? and the folders i downloaded from SC4Devotion and simtropolis ? Thanks

NAM installer not working - states that "SimCity 4.exe" was not found as expected?

Hello, after many hours trying to get my steam version of SimCity 4 to launch on Windows 10, it seems the NAM installation may solve my problem. So I installed the NAM files and clicked on the "NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version43.bat" file and it simply states: SimCity4_4GB_Patch_Script_v3.bat -------------------------------- This command script automates applying the 4 GB Patch to SimCity 4.exe. ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value. * * * ERROR * * * "\SimCity 4.exe" was not found as expected. Press any key to continue . . . Does anybody know how to fix this? -
I recently started playing SC4 again after many years and bought the deluxe version on Steam when my disks wouldnt work. I downloaded a bunch of mods and custom content but the game kept crashing so i decided to delete a bunch of the content and try again. Long story short I think i deleted some important files because when i try and load the NAM a pop up says my SimCity 4 exe file is missing. so I uninstalled everything including the game and downloaded it again but still get the same pop up Any help would be greatly appreciated.
