.ZIP IS NOW AVAILABLE This is a very simple BAT I made a while ago 4 floor buildings with 3 entrances I based it on a building i saw in Israel but then I took prefab elements from different places and made a very generic prefab that can fit (well I think) almost any style. So that mean it is nothing like the origional. It's not a huge building but not a small one, it's not tall not short .. just a small prefab. Nothing special about it Shikun - Prefab (in hebrew) Ovdim - Workers Prefabs for the workers! Note: The 2 photos of the building in use. It's not like that, it is the building (on the same maxis lot) with additional filler lots I made like these parking lots. AAAAND the trees are from the mayor flora. These: <a href="http://community.sim.../">Aesculus</a> <a href="http://community.sim...ora/">Fagus</a> Lot: The Lotting is just plain maxis .. i didn't want any dependencies so Maxis will do. If you don't like it the lotting, use lot-editor to change it to your taste I know i didn't do a great job with the lotting - just because it's maxis Anyways this download includes: - 2 Landmarks - 1. 1x4 lot of one buildign - 2. 1x8 lot of 2 buildings - 2 residential lots of R$ No Nightlights Don't release it somewhere else unless you have my permission to BAT: kakado. I hearby proudly present Дом советов (House of Soviets) The House of Soviets is a building located in Kaliningrad in the Kaliningrad oblast, an exclave of Russia. The building is built on top of the foundations of the Königsberg castle which was severely damaged during World War II. Construction on the building, which was to be the central administrative office of the Kaliningrad oblast, started in 1960 but was stopped in 1980 due to loss of interest. Although, now painted to look finished, the original building stands vacant and unfinished to this day. This version of the building is an artist’s impression of how the building would have looked if it had been finished in the 80s. The building has a podium which can be dug into the ground. Therefore you have to raise the ground by 8 meters on one side. After this, it is recommended to make a new subfolder in your simcity4/plugins directory. Place the .SC4MODEL files of the buildings you want to keep in that folder. After this, copy the LOT files of the same buildings to the newly created folder. Enjoy. To uninstall, first make sure to bulldoze all instances of the building from your city, after this, simply remove the .SC4MODEL and .LOT files from your plugin folder. -

This Bat is dedicated to all those who complain about communist Bats on the STEX. SMP Juche Tower By TheQuiltedLlama Thanks to Patriots for helping me out with rendering. Included in the Zip file there are two model files (one for the tower and one for the statue) and three Lot files. One lot is a basic lot with the tower on, one with the statue on and one containing the statue and the Tower as it is in real life. All the lots are Landmarks, have cost of $100 and have no other effects. No Dependencies. Description from Wikipedia: The Juche Tower (officially the Tower of Juche Idea) is a monument in Pyongyang, North Korea. Completed in 1982, it is sited on the eastern bank of the River Taedong, directly opposite Kim Il Sung Square which is situated on the other side of the river. It was made to commemorate Kim Il Sung's 70th birthday. It is claimed that it was designed by Kim Jong-il. The 170metre (560') structure is a four sided tapering 150metre spire (the tallest one in granite) containing 25,550 blocks (365×70, one for each day of Kim Il Sung's life, excluding supplementary days), dressed in white stone with seventy dividers and capped with a 20metre high, 45ton, illuminated metal torch. It is possible to ascend the tower. Associated with the tower is a statue consisting of three figures—one with a hammer, one with a sickle and one with a writing brush (an idealised worker, a peasant and a "working intellectual"). There are six smaller groups, each 10 metres high, symbolizing other aspects of Kim Il Sung's ideology. Also close to the tower is a wall of 82 friendship plaques, apparently from foreign supporters.
