This pack contains a set of custom lots using the Small Bungalows created by 6459978. I've always been a big fan of these models, which are based on houses from my hometown of Toronto. The homes were originally modded as R$$ houses and grew on standard Maxis lots. This set reimagines the houses as R$ homes. The set contains a wide variety of lots, all of which include seasonal flora and custom textures. I have used high definition props and base textures in this set, which requires a higher number of dependencies. If you prefer fewer dependencies and you're not fussy about HD vs. SD props, I recommend downloading the Seasonal SD version of these lots, which has only three dependencies The lots in this set come three sizes, each of which has multiple variants. Each set also includes slope-friendly lots. Please note that these lots will only grow on the New York tileset. > 1x2 R$ Lots - Stage 1 (12 variants) > 1x1 R$ Lots - Stage 2 (4 variants) > 3x2 R$ Lots - Stage 2 (6 variants) The lots are separated by lot size into distinct DAT files. If you don't wish to use one of the lot sizes, simply delete the corresponding DAT file after installing this download. INSTALLATION To install, simply unzip the contents of this download and copy the folder labeled "Barton Thinks" into your Plugins folder. DEPENDENCIES This set of lots requires the following dependencies. As noted, the HD props and textures requires a higher number of dependencies. However, most of these dependencies should already be familiar to players that use HD flora and props: Small Bungalows by 6459978. 6459978.'s Small Bungalows Made to resemble the WWII era bungalows in my Toronto neighbourhood, here is a set of 7 new growable bungalows. They are made to grow in an existing building family, thus adding diversity to your developing neighbourhoods. Enjoy! Stats: -growable -R$$ -each houses 11 sims Included in folder are 16 files, comprising of: 8 SC4Model files: 7 Bungalow models 1 custom foundation model 8 SC4Desc files: 7 Bungalow descriptions 1 custom foundation description The 7 models are as follows: 1 - green roof, red bricks 2 - blue roof, yellow bricks 3 - black roof, grey bricks 4 - black roof, brown bricks 5 - green roof, blue bricks 6 - red roof, orange bricks 7 - brown roof, pink bricks There are no lot files associated with these buildings, since I have added them to the building family R$$ 10x12; i.e., these will grow automatically on the same sorts of lots as the original buildings of the game did.- 12 Comments
