Real Highway (RHW) - Development and Support
Pixelrage replied to qurlix's topic in NAM & Transit Networks
haha, true. But yes -- major highways like Rt. 17 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Route_17_%28New_Jersey%29), Rt. 4, 208, and basically every other one in between has streets that branch off of it. When I say streets, I mean the 90-degree style turn, not an offramp....although, they have offramps as well.- 3,919 Replies

and just to think, those WW2-era bombs are nothing compared to the ones that are around today

Can you branch roads and streets off of the RHW? That's one peeve I had with the default ground highways. Don't know about everyone else, but basically every highway in my area has streets that branch off of it, not just offramps.- 3,919 Replies

That way there is nice, black, smooth asphalt on the highways like there should be.quote> yes -- either way. I just think that highways and avenues should have the same exact texture. It looks too wierd the way it currently is. I also HATE the concrete borders they stuck on ground highways.

nope, and it's really annoying. You can download a decent money cheat building from STEX, that makes an obscene amount of cash every month. It's great for people who are tired of playing and just want to design.

Thanks haljackey... perhaps qurlix or a moderator could put that link on the first post, to avoid confusion- 3,919 Replies

Does the current Rural Highway project just include that road-sized piece and the highway? (also, what page is it on at this point, can't find it?)- 3,919 Replies

Search need some improvements...

One thing I really don't like is how some people categorize their upload as the wrong type (BAT, Lot, Plop, etc). Others will create a prop and label it as "BAT", and then there are a million questions in the comment section about "is this ploppable?? Or just a prop?" etc.
