1. To show/hide the City name and Mayor name from the Region view, just click on the first button on top, which will expand to show you the relevant ticking boxes. 2. There are certain mods that alter the way your Transportation map looks like on Region view. I use the Metropolitan Transportation Map Mod. But there are quite a few. Just browse the mods on the STEX. 3. Maybe the sims don't need to use the freeway that much, or maybe you just don't have enough people in your city for traffic jams.

Is there a detailed tutorial on how to build a realistic airport using the RMIP2 pack? The included help files don't help much, I find myself confused as to what is a ramp or an apron, or where to put the different markings and other items.

@ GMT: I completely agree with you. I used to love the competition until early 90's when all of a sudden everyone started to sing in english and always the same kind of eurotrash beat, digitally made talentless songs. Before that, there were usually many songs I liked every year. Now, I barely ever like any, including the winner.

Surprisingly I have met quite a few famous people over the years. Maybe it's because I live in London and know quite a few PR and showbiz people here. I met Madonna, Bjork, Robbie Williams, Graham Norton, Elton John, Boy George, Jennifer Saunders, Cyndi Lauper, Kate Moss, Jo Brand, Jude Law, Ruby Wax, Rui Veloso, John Barrowman, Claude Chabrol, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Jimmy Sommerville... These are the ones I can remember from the top of my head. And I only include famous people whom I actually met, not just seen in the street or at a premiere.. Most of them I met at private parties, some at VIP clubs or restaurants. Jennifer Saunders I actually met in Sainsbury's supermarket in Vauxhall (just before Ab Fab). Claude Chabrol I met in the underground and spoke to him. Elton John at one of his AIDS fund raising parties, Graham Norton I met several times, he lived near me, and we met at several parties. Cyndi Lauper I met at a party in Miami...

I have been trying to add a few advertising screens to the side of a building (like the ones on Times Square for example), but cannot figure out how to make them glow at night. I've used the Self-illuminating setting but all it does is make it brighter during day-time. At night nothing happens... Can anyonee help?

No, you have definately not seen the last of me . I have been way too busy with real life to keep up with my BATs, but they'll come eventually... I'd rather have them perfectly as I like than to upload them in a rush and not looking as I want , and the ones I'm currently working on are quite a headache inducing bunch LOL As for McDrye's Tutorial, it seems to be for 3ds MAX and I'm using Gmax...
