continuing my corner W2W fast foods.....here is Kentucky Fried chicken. It sits on a 1x2 corner lot. Comes with a grow version and a plop version both supplying 66 CS$ jobs.

It will fit WTW if you desire....or not. It sits on a 1x2 lot and shows up in the landmark menu. P.S. I don't make these lots this quick. These apartments are low wealth and designed for W2W use. Unlike my Commercial Apts, these do not have commercial services on the ground floor...they are all residential. There are 7 lots included and all sit on a 2x2 lot and have a combined total of 17 buildings from 5 stories tall up to 9 stories tall. Some have garbage cans out front and a couple have graffitti. I use it as part of my W2W in game but the building does have finished sides as well as finished back for those not wanting to use it as W2W. It has 5 levels of parking. this zip file contains 8 lot variations of my high wealth rowhomes. The lots are 2x2 and three rowhomes sit on each lot for a total combo of 24 houses. The bottom level of these have a sunken drive into the garage and there are 3 levels of living space above the garage. Shown here are the 8 different lots but only one at night to give an idea how they look at night. All lots have a porch light on the front door and back as well as the rooftop doors. All garages also have an outside light. These are single family houses so they only supply housing for 21 sims per lot (3 houses). These lots are growable. This here is an old W2W style type theater that has been closed and abandoned. The front entrance is gated up and graffitti has been painted on the walls. This is a ploppable 2x2 lot and it has no jobs obviously. No Dependencies 2014-03-31 - Prens: Added basic tags.

This building sits on a 1x2 lot. A very art deco style and can be used W2W or alone with parking/etc placed around it. Basically a hotel, it also has a mini mart. The grow version supplies 23CS$$ jobs. There is also a grow residential version to simulate a few people living there and houses 15 R$$ sims. This is another one of my low wealth W2W lots designed really for the high drug/crime area. The building is vacant and has a for sale banner on the front. It has broken and boarded up windows with ground floor having bars to try and keep out intruders. The file contains a plop landmark version and a grow residential version housing 11 sims. Part of my W2W low wealth collection, this lot works just as well without placing it W2W. Lot size is 2x2 and has been used and abused. Paint is peeling off the walls and graffitti along the side and some on front of building. It has a corner pole sign which has been broken out in some places. It boasts the red, white and blue colors hence the flag artwork with the graffitti. Stairs along the side lead to living quarters upstairs. Zip file has plop and grow version employing 11 C$ sims. This lot is a corner low wealth lot designed for WTW. Lot is a 1x2 and costs $6,000 to plop. Building has 6 floors of apartments atop ground floor shops. The shops are a diner Picadilly, a Dairy Queen and jewler shop. It provides 76 c$ jobs and both a plop and grow lot are included. Also included is a grow residential housing 110 R$ sims.

Here is a 2x2 low wealth lot of 4 W2W buildings. The ground floors contain shops with one vacant, with residential on the above floors. The zip file contains a plop and grow commercial lot supplying 32 C$ jobs. There is a grow residential versio as well supplying 210 R$.

Did this thing a while ago but never uploaded cause it's not 100% accurate but awful close. It was something I needed for a section in my city. thought a few might like it though so here it is. It sits on an 8x4 lot and is a plopable landmark and costs 18,000 to plop. No jobs but I thought the night lighting looked kinda cool.

Lot size on this is 1x2. The building has a supermarket on the ground floor and 3 floors of low wealth residential apartments above the supermarket. It is designed for W2W but doesn't have to be. There are three lots in the zip file..a plop version and a grow C$ version each supplying 40 C$ jobs. Third lot is a grow residential lot housing 63 R$ sims. I re-set this lot to sit back 2 meters as I noticed some of you mentioning they stick out that far with other lots. I only use my lots for this particular city and did not know that. Another low wealth lot that can be used WTW if you like. This one has two buildings on a 1x2 lot. The shorter building is vacant with graffiti and a couple broken and boarded up windows. The taller building is in business, but barely. top floor has a broken window and this building has graffiti as well on the front and along the side It supplies just 35 jobs. There is both a plop and grow version included. The apts above do have some residents so there is a grow residential lot also that houses 55 sims. My video card went kerplunk so the pics are not as good as they should be

This lot is 1x2, medium wealth, corner lot witih a double building. It is designed in the style of Times Square type buildings with the billboard ads. The Duane Reade is modeled after the Duane Reade drug stores in NYC. Then there is an Italian diner I called Mamia's with 6 floors of living above it. There are 3 lots in the zip file. A residential lot which houses 52 R$$ sims. There is a grow and plop commercial version, which supply 88 CS$$ jobs.

Here is a 1x2 lot size of my rendition of TGIF in Times Square. It has been tweaked ever so slightly to fit in the design of my city. There is a grow file and a plop file, each providing 67 CS$$ jobs

For your low wealth area and can be WTW, here is an old building with pealing paint and graffiti . Bottom floor has a Bar & Grill only supplying 16 c$ jobs. A plop lot and grow lot are included.The apts above are only partially lived in and the vacant ones have broken windows with tattered curtains left behind. There is a grow residential lot also included housing just 42 sims in the occupied apts.

Here comes another of my W2W corner lot fast food joints. This one here is a version of White Castle where sims can get those slyder burgers! The lot size is 1x2 and sits on a corner. The zip includes a grow and plop version. Each version supplies 28 CS$$ jobs.
