At the tip of the Edge Peninsula sits Dune Port City. Although occupying only on a small plot, it is a bustling and energetic town. Dune Port City sits to the north of Paddleton Town, the only town it shares boundary with. Vastly facing the river, the community mainly involved in the mixed Fishery-Industrial and also railway operations. Dune Port City is equipped with a seaport that serves for the import & export for the city and further neighbouring cities. The people here are characterized hardworking and known for its strong work ethic. The main feature of this town is that the Medium Industrial zone is encircled by train tracks that allow trains to navigate around it, providing views of much of the town's interior. This industrial area is also flanked by residential, commercial, and service infrastructure zones, which are in close proximity to one another. Consequently, the air pollution generated by industrial activities is an unavoidable reality that has become integrated into the community. Individuals who are strong-willed and those who have the staying power, zeal, and gusto, serve as the vital backbone that is observable throughout all layers of the community. Ms Eliza Nile, a local girl, serves as the mayor. She is young and electrifying, having charismatic persona and the palpable energy of the moment create an inspiring tableau of a new generation of leadership that resonates with the vitality of the town she so passionately represents. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of all facets necessary to guide the city effectively. The public has no reason to worry; Dune Port City is safe and sound in her capable hands.

Moving on forward, Paddleton Town. The name of Paddleton Town was inspired from Pokemon's Pallet Town. Although the name close similar to Pallet Town which is peaceful, quiet and clean, Paddleton Town is much contrary to it. Paddleton Town's vast development which spread almost the entire plot which include a small airport. The town consists the Riverside and the Inland divided by the railway line. Residentials are occupying the Riverside while the Inland comprised mix of Industrials, Commercials, some Residentials, Town services and the small airport located at the far end. Paddleton Town sits to the north of Stockmoore and connects to the south of Dune Port City which is at the end of the peninsula. Opposite neighbour along the river is Ra Joon Bay, where both city sits at the mouth of the river that flows into a strait. Paddleton Town is currently grappling with pollution challenges affecting both air and water quality. It is essential to implement depollution measures to safeguard the well-being of its residents. Crime rates are pretty high, so Paddleton Town definitely need more police stations and patrols. Boosting education could also help, as raising awareness might reduce crime. While the hospital is accessible, there may be a requirement for additional clinics to better serve the community's health needs. Richard Zunicher serves as the mayor of the city, where he is focused on fostering progress and creating opportunities, despite the concurrent rise in crime. His objective is to advance and enhance the city’s development. As an innovative individual, he possesses valuable insights that can help restore balance. While the resolution of these issues may not be imminent, his experience equips him to adopt a more progressive approach, aimed at reducing problems and ensuring a harmonious community.

Stockmoore was created later after the establishment of Stokeford. Stockmoore was founded by Mr Moore himself. The rise of Stokeford gave him the inspiration and incentive to develop Stockmoore and to give competition to its neighbour. Despite the hasty booming of Stockmoore, its economic is still behind Stokeford; but, it does give some healthy challenge as we can say to this twin-city relationship. Mayor Moore exemplifies dynamic leadership through his adaptive and responsive governance. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for all citizens, particularly in underserved areas. He actively engages with local organizations and residents to gather input on pressing issues facing the city. This participatory approach not only enhances transparency but also cultivates a sense of ownership among citizens regarding local governance decisions. Furthermore, Mr Moore's background as a social entrepreneur and advocate for youth development significantly informs his mayoral strategies. His strategies emphasize grassroots participation, leading to enhanced civic engagement and a stronger sense of community ownership in local projects. Mayor Moore has aggressively pursued initiatives to attract new businesses, resulting in significant job creation and employment opportunities. Investments in infrastructure, including transportation and technology upgrades, have revitalized the local economy, making the area more attractive for both residents and investors. His willingness to adapt and learn from challenges has reinforced his leadership style, demonstrating the importance of flexibility and responsiveness in effective governance. Stockmoore sits north of Stokeford, also has the similar straight forward zoning for the Residential, Commercial & Industrial but with an addition of small zone for Agricultural. This small city is connecting to an island via railway that connects to its east neighbour, the famous Bellamy Keep (a Beverly Hills like). North neighbour of Stockmoore is Paddleton Town, a more valiant and modest town. Stockmoore City has emerged as a beacon of progress, characterized by its flourishing industrial and commercial sectors. This transformation can be largely attributed to significant upgrades in the education system, which have equipped the local workforce with essential skills necessary for thriving in an increasingly competitive market. By fostering a culture of innovation and critical thinking, educational institutions have played a pivotal role in attracting businesses and facilitating economic growth. Moreover, the city’s commitment to improving road traffic efficiency has further bolstered its economic prospects. By investing in infrastructure that alleviates congestion and facilitates seamless transportation, Stockmoore City has created an environment conducive to business operations. Efficient logistics enable companies to maximize productivity while minimizing costs, thereby enhancing overall competitiveness. The low crime rate in Stockmoore City contributes significantly to its attractiveness for investment that secures confidence among investors, reassures existing businesses but also entices new enterprises. The interactions between a robust education system, efficient transportation, and safety have created a thriving ecosystem in Stockmoore City, solidifying its position as a beacon of opportunity and development. Stockmoore has a lot more to offer. Mr Moore is confident and has the innovative aptitude to bring Stockmoore forward. Let's continue..Introducing Mazze Zappa. It is located in South West Grand Beacon. Another small sized plot with uniform land and consist a river at the side. Mazze Zappa sits below Stokeford which sits in between Stokeford & Myrinialand and facing to the bigger city of Honiahaka Peak splitted by the river. Dakarai Dalia is the mayor for Mazze Zappa. She is the heart of this land. With her qualifications in geology and agronomy, she understands the land deeply and she is fully aware that prioritizing environmental care goes hand in hand with promoting the sustainability of local farms. Flora and fauna are not just words for her; they represent life and beauty. By focusing on sustainable practices, she ensures that the beauty of Mazze Zappa remains intact. Every tree preserved is a step toward sustainability. This balance between development and conservation is key to a thriving community. Dakarai Dalia reminds us all that loving where we live shows us of who we are and the values that brings us together. With every decision she makes, she shows Mazze Zappians how to cherish the natural world while building a better future . It's about making choices that benefit both people and nature. The Industrial together with the Agricultural covers the most of the land in Mazze Zappa. However, the earnings from the Residential is equaled to the Industrial, Agricultural and Commercial combined. Despite the bigger size, the Industrial has been quite relax compared to the Residential, nevertheless, it has the potential to grow. The Agricultural placed between the Residential and the Industrial, which provides the food for Mazze Zappa and for the exports to the nearby/neighbouring cities. It also acts as a buffer area to screen any air pollution before reaching to the Residential. Mazze Zappa has a Forest Reserve that covers around 25% of Mazze Zappa's land; we trust that Dakarai Dalia is a smart one apple to maintain the forest, in spite of, the fact that the city is one micro city that needs to grow and evolve. Hi again, this is my first city in Grand Beacon, introducing Stokeford. It is located in South West Grand Beacon. A small sized plot with uniform land and consist a small river with sharing small island. Stokeford sits in between Stockmoore & Mazze Zappa and next to the bigger city of Honiahaka Peak. Sir Eaton is the mayor for Stokeford. Sir Eaton has been a pillar in the Stokeford's community, is a figure characterized by his unique blend of military discipline and a profound passion for history. Having served nearly a decade in the armed forces, Sir Eaton developed skills in leadership and strategic planning that have proven invaluable in his role as mayor. His efforts in revitalizing various landmarks have ensured that the town's rich history remained vibrant for future generations. These initiatives not only foster a sense of identity among residents but also enhance civic pride and community cohesion. With his experience; he often employs strategic frameworks typically used in military operations to tackle urban challenges such as infrastructure development and public safety. He was among the key individuals involved in the establishment of Grand Beacon. His warm, approachable manner and dedication to historical preservation truly make him an advocate for Stokeford's legacy. Stokeford has a very straight forward zoning for the Residential, Commercial & Industrial; a well-balanced development city with thriving more on the industrial (inclusive energy & disposal waste services) showing the hallmark of the city in the early era. This approach not only supports economic viability but also aligns with the city's historical evolution from a frontier town to a modern capital. A first learning and basic step of creating a city in SimCity 4 (with the enjoyment of long hours on my good average experience in SimCity 3000). This is where the official journey begins... Thank you thank you for the clarification and thank you for the brief but a comprehensive explanation. Didn't expect to get an ample reply and yeah, much appreciated, again. I do hope one day I could learn a bit deeper, like you've said, create a content, to understand the process. I would love to. I'd enjoy to see them running in the simcity4. I am looking forward to any of your future creations. Best of luck.

Hi again, really much appreciated got your reply. Thanks. I'm quite new here (Trying to add more stuffs to my game). Sorry, I did not meant they are "not" "animated correctly". I was expecting some movements (animations) to the people on the jetties, etc, together with from the Playa Set 1 & 2. Are they supposed to stand still or should have movements (like people jumping around, etc.)? I've downloaded all the dependencies. But, I'm guessing that probably I need the NAM, am i correct?
