  1. I know it sounds weird, but for the sake of certain regions on SC4MP, would it be possible to create a mod that disables certain cheats, or all cheats? How hard would that be? Would an average joe like me be able to make one or would it take a commission? I feel like at the bare minimum all that would need to be done is disable the prompt that pops up when you hit CTRL+X yes?
  2. Hello! My name is Greasi! To help promote SC4MP I have decided to host a small (but may become big someday who knows) city design contest! You may build the city on the "SimCity 4 Contest" server. Let your creativity flow and build a city using themed guidelines: Contests will last a month at a time, ending at the end of the month and being voted on the first 5 days of the following month. Entries submitted after the end of the month on 11:59pm will not be accepted. You get one city per entry. You may connect other cities to your city though. When your city is finished please take a snapshot of it and post it on the contest discord so people know which city is yours. Entries will be voted on by the community using discord reactions. One vote per person. One grand prize winner will win a $10 credit added to their steam account! WOW! This months theme is drumroll please: Your city must have a spaceport!     Has breathed new life into the game. Don't get me wrong, I've always had it installed on my computer since the beginning, and picked it up and played every now and then. But being able to connect and collaborate and build cities with other people has made me obsessed! It's amazing to see how regions develop and see how other people make their cities. I've learned tips and tricks from the community I didn't know existed. Suddenly, I feel like I'm playing my favorite game brand new all over again! I wish this project well and it's success.

    Hi, I don't know if this happens with anyone else, but putting this in my plugins folder will cause all the terrain in my Mars cities to turn into grass and water instead of sand and ice.
