Did someone test playing SimCity 4 on Windows 10?

TekindusT, I just installed Windows10 and nothing is the same. SimCity Crashes about 2 or 3 min. into the game... i too need to fix this. A friend (not a game player) IT man at work, told me to uninstall everything and reinstall again. I did not do it, I went to the internet to find the right answer and ended up here.
