    hey , i have the same problem , it worked once for me just once. http://imgur.com/hpp2Mc5   (mouse on the black spot)   thank you     Those are things that we cant fix due to the rules implemented into the game. Despite the limitation, you can still plop them by zooming out and move around till it snaps on plop points.   Great :) thanks
