    Ya, just make sure that its used well below capacity, and delete it after it gets old, and about the radiation, I did save a city once, thinking it would pass in about 50 years. boy that screwed up my game (it was the only big city in the region too) ---oh and a note to "N_O_Body": in real life, the radiation from a nuclear meltdown doesn't last that long, only the nuclear waste does (think of half mile island), you can go there today, (with no radiation)
