  2. This is how the game was designed, all neighboring cities look like this, they are low res sprites to improve performance and AFAIK it can't be changed

I have created an art book for SimCity 2013, given that they never officially released one, I hope you enjoy it.   4. I know it's been a year, but you deleted the GitHub page so I'm wondering what happened? I was excited to see someone still wanting to dig into the game's files and mod it, since the major contributors all dissappeared years ago. I love this game and I believe it could be modded to fix many of the problems it has, mainly city size (Project Orion is great but I'm sure it could be expanded and enhanced).
