Srry for late reply... I was busy on Christmas day. Im currently trying to solve traffic problems in Colanstine... cars are jamming in a section of my avenue. Im also building a connection city beside Colanstine.

Yes. I have NAM, SAM, and RealHighway mod. Im currently working on two cities (Hampton and Colanstine) Hampton with 6k sims and Colanstine with 7k sims. Trying to solve some traffic jam problems right now and I will probably build connecting cities to boost both cities economy.

I just recently played SimCity 4 last week and had 2 cities put up. One city has a small residential pop. and medium industrial. The other city (the city I mostly play in) is in positive growth (5k sims) no industrial only agriculture. My city kept growing until it reached the point where all my residential demands are below the belt. :| My commercial and industrial demands are good (I raised the dirty industry tax high to stop em from stepping in my city). I have a small fire station with good coverage and a large police station because of some crime problems. All of my city ratings are good except safety which is middle rating.
