  1. Functional Cul-de-sacs, MAXIS sidewalks VOL1

    I can't seem to get this 5x8 residential lot to develop (I keep the CTR button pressed when making the lot). I can plop it by using the "buildingplop" cheat, but it always abandons after a few months (like all residential buildings under the cheat). Any recommendations for getting this lot to develop?

    I've downloaded and installed a few plugins, but one of them seemed to have an adverse effect on my in game buildings. When I deleted the plugins from the SimCity 4 Plugins folder, the plugins are still showing up in the game. How can I delete the plugins so that they no longer show up in the game? Thanks!

    I've recently ran into some problems where plug ins I've downloaded and added to the SimCity 4 Plug In folder have affected in game buildings that were not supposed to be affected. I've removed the plug ins from the plug ins folder, but they still remain in my game. How can I remove these plug ins from the game, even though they're not in the plug ins folder? (I've read through the forums and don't see any that match this kind of question. However, if this kind of question has already been asked and answered, please copy and paste the url). Thanks!
